The platform does not show a serviced interest monthly payment cost, however there is a serviced interest filter that will narrow down the lenders that will offer it but not show the monthly payment as the system assumes rolled up interest.
If you/client requires serviced interest the only way to get this number is to request DIP terms from the lender, once you have used the serviced interest filter to make sure the selected lenders offer this facility.
