Brickflow has supported regional housebuilder Pierre Lombaard of Purple Pepper Homes in securing over £36m of development finance to deliver 222 new homes across three residential projects in the South of England.

Brickflow has supported regional housebuilder Pierre Lombaard of Purple Pepper Homes in securing over £36m of development finance across three loan facilitate for residential projects located in Haywards Heath, Hastings and Southampton, unlocking the delivery of 222 new homes.
All three schemes, introduced via a broker to Brickflow, are residential developments, forming part of the developer’s expanding pipeline across the South of England.
