Ian Humphreys is the Founder and CEO of Brickflow. As an experienced property developer himself, Ian knows all too well how difficult it is to find the best funding solution, both as a borrower and a broker. He went on a mission to democratise specialist property finance, and Brickflow was born. Before founding Brickflow, Ian held senior roles across residential and commercial mortgage lending. He writes on bridging loans, development finance, and commercial mortgages, drawing on first-hand experience building Brickflow's marketplace of 160+ lenders and working directly with brokers, borrowers and investors across the sector. Ian has a sharp read on where the property finance market is heading, often spotting shifts and angles before they hit the mainstream conversation — from emerging lending trends to the policy changes shaping the housing sector.
